The hotel the room was nice and looked exactly like the picture. The only issue was that it was very drafty in The bathroom which made the room cold. The staff were pleasant and quick to check in and out. The property is in a good location away from the tourist but close to transportation and main hubs. The tram stops in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around. The super market and shopping centers are a short distance away. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Front office staff were friendly and always welcomed me with a smile. They were very helpful. The small single room I booked was surprisingly adequate and comfortable. It was an easy tram ride from the central station. Air-con was great and worked as expected. The hotel was quiet and clean. The tram, right next to the hotel, was efficient and convenient being do close and perfect for my business needs.

It was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location with access to trams, local markets, restaurants, and it’s like 10 minutes away from the main Zurich train stations. I highly recommend it

Location: despite what might appear the town centre is at few minutes of tram ride, and the stops are just in front of the hotel. Comfortable parking lot just at the back of the hotel, at a reasonable cost. Sparkling cleanness. Comfortable and silent room. Good bed. Greatly appreciated alternative hard pillow. Parquet floor. TV with international channels. Excellent wifi. Very good lighting. Good taste and pleasant furniture. Spacious barhroom. Staff kind and helpful Very careful breakfast service.

Just about everything. Very helpful staff, friendly check in. Good size room in 'The Town House' with a comfortable bed (a bit weird to have a kitchen in the room too). Very good breakfast with a good choice of hot (including bacon, scrambled eggs & hash browns) & cold food (served from 0630 EVERY morning). Location excellent - just 3/4 stops to Zurich HB and the tram stop is literally right outside the Hotel. A great touch was the screen provided by VBZ so you could see when the next tram was due in either direction. The wi-fi is excellent and easily accessed, even for someone like me. The 'Business Centre' does NOT include a computer/printer for personal use but the staff were happy to help (once they understood what I was trying to do) in getting my boarding pass printed off. The recommendation by a friend of mine to stay here was a very good decision.

1. Hotel is located in a god place with lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the walking distance. 2. Tram stops in both directions is in front of the hotel, it takes round 20 minutes to get to/from the Zurich airport by tram and train and 13-15 minutes by car. 3. Friendly and helpful staff, I was allowed to leave the car for several hours at hotel parking lot for free. 4. Hotel has its own parking lot at the back of the building which are quite wide so you are not afraid to scratch the car. 5. A very good and varied breakfast, the coffee is brought by a waitress in a pot with a separate small pot with milk. 6. Cozy clean room with quite big bed with soft pillows, small table and a cozy chair. 7. There's a good restaurant at the hotel working quite late so you do not need to go anywhere if you want to eat in the evening.

The property was easy to get to with a tram stop right outside the front door. The lady on Reception, Isabelle, was absolutely fantastic with loads of local knowledge and really efficient. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bathroom was a good size too. Little tip, there is a kettle but it’s hidden in the wardrobe!

Check in staff, friendly and super efficient. I made a room request prior to my arrival which they were able to provide. I had a standard single room which was comfortable and a good size. Super convenient to tram stop into the central part of town, a few stops from the main train station. Room was great value for a city like Zurich. Bathroom small but more than ok for a single person or couple. Ate at the onsite restaurant which was good albeit slightly pricey. I didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t comment.

I stayed at two different types of room , single and double room and both are quite big. I stayed at a hotel in city centre last year and the room was much smaller. What is good they have an area like a kitchenette (though there are no stoves or cooking facilities) where I can prepare some simple sandwiches or salad. There is also a big sink where I can wash fruits and the dishes. This is most convenient when my husband is in the washroom. There are lots of storage area (actually too much) because if they do away with one of the cabinets, there would even be more space. It's good they have a big fridge, an umbrella and ironing facilities. The best part is there is a laundry room at the basement. The windows can be opened a bit to let fresh air in. Aircon is ok. The staff are nice especially Ms. Arsland and Ms. C. Aemi. Please thank them again for helping me. Although it's not exactly in the city centre, there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel and it takes only 3 stops to go to the city centre. However transportation is really very very expensive.
