The hotel the room was nice and looked exactly like the picture. The only issue was that it was very drafty in The bathroom which made the room cold. The staff were pleasant and quick to check in and out. The property is in a good location away from the tourist but close to transportation and main hubs. The tram stops in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around. The super market and shopping centers are a short distance away. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Given same room as last visit. Good size room with a decent bed. Shower very good and became hot almost instantly. Excellent breakfast, with both hot and cold options. Always like the 0630 start to breakfast especially at Weekends. Great location with tram stop right outside the Hotel (Routes 11/14) and only 5/7 minutes to Zurich HB. Like the 'next Tram' board in the Hotel Foyer (the timings seemed a little out at times but that's the fault of VBZ not the Hotel). Staff are very friendly and efficient and even managed to get my return Boarding Pass printed (thank you). Not all Hotels will do it.

Front office staff were friendly and always welcomed me with a smile. They were very helpful. The small single room I booked was surprisingly adequate and comfortable. It was an easy tram ride from the central station. Air-con was great and worked as expected. The hotel was quiet and clean. The tram, right next to the hotel, was efficient and convenient being do close and perfect for my business needs.

On the plus side , the place was clean , and accessible by tram and very close to the train station and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was below our expectations, very few items however the restaurantitselfwas nice and ckean The hotel is supposed to be a 4-star hotel , and we booked their premium room. But there's no view , no pool , no gym , no mini bar at the room , no bathrobe , no slippers , no scale. I wasn't bothered about those missing stuff , but at a 4-star hotel in Zurich, some of those items must be there!!

It was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location with access to trams, local markets, restaurants, and it’s like 10 minutes away from the main Zurich train stations. I highly recommend it

Location: despite what might appear the town centre is at few minutes of tram ride, and the stops are just in front of the hotel. Comfortable parking lot just at the back of the hotel, at a reasonable cost. Sparkling cleanness. Comfortable and silent room. Good bed. Greatly appreciated alternative hard pillow. Parquet floor. TV with international channels. Excellent wifi. Very good lighting. Good taste and pleasant furniture. Spacious barhroom. Staff kind and helpful Very careful breakfast service.

Just about everything. Very helpful staff, friendly check in. Good size room in 'The Town House' with a comfortable bed (a bit weird to have a kitchen in the room too). Very good breakfast with a good choice of hot (including bacon, scrambled eggs & hash browns) & cold food (served from 0630 EVERY morning). Location excellent - just 3/4 stops to Zurich HB and the tram stop is literally right outside the Hotel. A great touch was the screen provided by VBZ so you could see when the next tram was due in either direction. The wi-fi is excellent and easily accessed, even for someone like me. The 'Business Centre' does NOT include a computer/printer for personal use but the staff were happy to help (once they understood what I was trying to do) in getting my boarding pass printed off. The recommendation by a friend of mine to stay here was a very good decision.

1. Hotel is located in a god place with lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the walking distance. 2. Tram stops in both directions is in front of the hotel, it takes round 20 minutes to get to/from the Zurich airport by tram and train and 13-15 minutes by car. 3. Friendly and helpful staff, I was allowed to leave the car for several hours at hotel parking lot for free. 4. Hotel has its own parking lot at the back of the building which are quite wide so you are not afraid to scratch the car. 5. A very good and varied breakfast, the coffee is brought by a waitress in a pot with a separate small pot with milk. 6. Cozy clean room with quite big bed with soft pillows, small table and a cozy chair. 7. There's a good restaurant at the hotel working quite late so you do not need to go anywhere if you want to eat in the evening.

The property was easy to get to with a tram stop right outside the front door. The lady on Reception, Isabelle, was absolutely fantastic with loads of local knowledge and really efficient. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bathroom was a good size too. Little tip, there is a kettle but it’s hidden in the wardrobe!

Location was great, just a 15 minute walk to the centre. We took the tram to and from the airport which was easy to navigate. Tram stop right outside the hotel. Room was of a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Receptionist who advised us on what to do/see and helped us with tickets for the Lindt Museum. In all, a very pleasant stay & I would most certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.
